Your use of the Website, any related mobile applications, our owned and operated social media channels, and our mushroom gummy delivery service (collectively, the “Services”), as well as your purchase of Myco Wellness products through the Services (“Products”), are subject to these Terms.
Products, Orders, Shipment, Pricing and Payment
1. Pricing Changes
Product pricing and delivery charges, if any, will be as quoted through the Services from time to time, and may not include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our pricing, fees, or subscription plans at any time, in our sole discretion. Any price changes will take effect following reasonable notice to you. If you do not cancel within the notice period, your subscription or order will renew at the new price.
2. Payments
By purchasing Products, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes in U.S. Dollars. Payment for all Products must be made by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We may update accepted payment methods at any time. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Credit Card Authorization
You may see temporary authorization holds when you (i) add or update a payment method, (ii) purchase a recurring subscription, or (iii) sign up for a trial subscription. These holds are standard anti-fraud practices and do not represent actual charges. Holds are generally released after your card is validated.
4. Order Acceptance & Shipment
After receiving your order, we will confirm receipt by email. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order; it only confirms that we received it. Myco Wellness LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order or subscription at our discretion, including limiting product quantities. If we cancel an order after you’ve been billed, we will issue a refund.
All Products are shipped through third-party couriers. Title and risk of loss pass to you once Products are delivered to the carrier. Partial orders may be shipped at no extra cost. Tracking information may be available through our couriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS), though we make no guarantee of its availability. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.

6. Availability
