At Mycoburst (Myco Wellness LLC), we take pride in providing safe, high-quality mushroom gummies and functional products. Because of our strict quality and safety protocols, we are unable to accept returns on consumable items once they have left our facility.

No Returns or Exchanges

‼️ Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we can’t resell any products that have left our warehouse. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any Mycoburst gummies even if they are unopened.
If you ordered more than you need, help us reduce waste and save carbon emissions by sharing your extra Mycoburst gummies with a friend instead. 🌱✨

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@mycoburst.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, we are unable to cancel it.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
